1. Overview
Viva Lion Events offers two types of purchases: on-demand video content available for download and streaming, and tickets to our live, in-person events. Because these are different kinds of purchases, they are subject to different refund terms, outlined below
2. Video Purchases
All on-demand video purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase.
● You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
● To request a refund, contact us at support@vivalionevents.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
● Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
● Requests submitted after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
● Access to purchased video content may be revoked once a refund has been issued.
3. Event Ticket Purchases
The following terms apply to refunds for tickets to our live events:
● Ticket refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.
● Requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, except at our discretion or as required by law.
● To request a refund, contact us at support@vivalionevents.com with your order confirmation or registration details.
● If Viva Lion Events cancels or reschedules an event, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date, regardless of the 7-day window above.
4. How to Request a Refund
● Email support@vivalionevents.com with your name, order number or confirmation email, and the reason for your request.
● We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
